About Me

I am an experienced DHA & MOH Licensed Clinical Dietitian with more than 7 years of experience in the field. I specialize in treating both medical and non-medical cases across all age groups. I hold a master’s degree in food safety & quality Control Management , and I am currently enrolled in an MBA in Healthcare Management. My dietetic background includes extensive experience in hospital settings, medical clinics, rehabilitation centers, fitness gym centers, and 5-stars luxury wellness resorts & hotels. I also cover Food Safety Management, having obtained my PCQI certification in 2021.

  • Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT): I deliver customized diet plans for Longevity Programs , disease prevention & management , and specific conditions like cardiovascular, diabetes, hypertension, pregnancy, lactation, and pediatric needs.

  • Advanced Nutritional Assessment: I conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, including the Longevity Index Assessment , Indirect Calorimetry (Metabolic Rate) , DNA Diet Genetic Testing/DNA Sports Genes , Epigenetic Tests , Food Intolerance Tests/Gut Microbiome/Gut Health Tests , and Body Composition Analysis.

  • Wellness & Clinical Interventions: I utilize Slimming Machines (fat freezing, body contouring, skin tightening) and collaborate with other healthcare professionals for advanced therapies referrals, including IV drips, NAD, Ozone, and Stem Cells Therapy.

  • Food Service Operations & Safety: I implement Foodservice Operations , including delivering tailored Detox Anti-inflammatory diets , menu development , and implementing the Food Safety Management System and HACCP audits.
