Dr. Paulo Andrés Escobar Rincón is a DHA and DOH-licensed ENT Consultant and Dual Board-Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon with over 15 years of international experience across Spain, Colombia, and the UAE. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2005), completed his Residency in Otolaryngology at Hospital Universitario La Paz, Madrid (2010), and undertook a Fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery with the International Federation of Facial Plastic Surgery Societies (IFFPSS/SECPF) in Madrid and Bogotá (2011). He is Dual Board-Certified by the International Board for Certification in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (IBCFPRS) and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).

Dr. Paulo leads a specialised advanced nasal surgery practice in Dubai focused on primary and complex revision closed (endonasal) rhinoplasty, structural septoplasty, and functional nasal surgery. Prior to Dubai, he practised at Clínica del Country and Clínica de Marly in Bogotá (2011–2021), where he also led the Facial Plastic Surgery rotation for the Otolaryngology residency programme. His structural planning and protocol-driven approach minimise postoperative complications, optimise breathing mechanics, and deliver natural aesthetic outcomes. He is an international speaker, published author, and active member of EAFPS, ISAPS, and SECPF.
